Monitoring & Evaluation Officer
Masesa Bandoma joined WoteSawa in 2014 as the Monitoring & Evaluation Officer and Assistant Project Coordinator. In 2015 he left for further studies before re-joining again in 2021 as the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer until to date. Masesa is a multidisciplinary trained person holding a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Laws. He has also attended different trainings including lobbying and advocacy, monitoring and evaluation, development of IEC materials, documentation skills, research, project management, guidance and counselling, child protection and anti-human trafficking.
His primary responsibility is to develop project framework for monitoring and evaluation. Also, he prepares work plans and detailed budget for monitoring and evaluation activities, develops project proposals, supervises the monitoring and evaluation activities and provides guidance and technical support
