Jaqueline Ngalo is currently the Shelter Manager at the WoteSawa branch in Kasulu district, Kigoma region. She holds a bachelor degree in Laws (LL. B) from Saint Augustine University of Tanzania (SAUT) where she completed her undergraduate studies in 2014. She joined WoteSawa in February 2015, as an assistant legal officer; being an opportunity for improving her carrier and experience in supporting domestic workers and advocating for the rights of marginalized groups.
Later in the same year, she became a legal officer and a project officer for a project in which she was responsible for shelter supervision in collaboration with the Social Worker.
In 2017, she was assigned the task of facilitating the opening of WoteSawa branch and a safe house for accommodating and supporting women and children who are mainly victims of human trafficking and survivors of VAWC; in Kasulu District, within Kigoma region.
