Jenipher Paulo says, “Since I attended WoteSawa training on Domestic Workers’ responsibilities in 2018, I am blessed and I can see my life is now improving. Previously, my boss and her children used to abuse me and treat me with no regard for my dignity. I used to be paid less salary and sometimes my salary was deducted to compensate for the broken utensils. From the moment I attended the training conducted by WoteSawa, my mind has been renewed – in a positive way after the completion of the three-days training. I can now talk to my employer about how I felt and she appreciates it. I have become an ambitious girl with the self-esteem and confidence to express my option to my employer and the community.
